Manage outdoor and indoor cultivation, harvest and production crews
Green Team Solutions is looking for experienced cannabis workers passionate about high quality cannabis.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage attendance, performance, and health & safety of cultivation, harvest and production crews
● Job functions will vary based on business needs: managing a crew, bucking, harvesting, pruning, packaging, and various other garden tasks working side by side with team
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Capacity to communicate clearly, calmly and respectfully towards all team members and clients
● Excellent ability to maintain documentation and record keeping
● Successfully pass an entry level exam regarding Health Canada Regulations and Good Production Practices
● Ensure compliance by making sure all Standard Operating Procedures, both internal and external are followed
● Uphold policies consistently and lead by example
● Physical aptitude and heath necessary to perform physical tasks
● Punctuality is a must
●Report to Field Manager
WHAT YOU BRING:
● Team Spirit
● Quality control, strong knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and strains, and a willingness to learn more
● Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and Health Canada Regulations
● Understanding of cultivation, harvesting and production practices
● Manual dexterity and motor coordination; good eye-hand coordination
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Energy and intention to your role
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
● 1 -2 years experience minimum of cultivation, harvest and post-harvest production
● WHMIS certification preferred
