We are a team of experienced cannabis workers, working with cannabis in every stage of its growth cycle, both indoors and outdoors. You worked hard growing these plants, let us take on the responsibilities associated with employment standards and regulations, laws, insurance, and human resource administrative tasks such as hiring, firing, payroll remittances, training, and record-keeping.

We are passionate about high quality cannabis and excited about the opportunities for legalization to ensure accessibility. We are passionate about environmental and social justice, which means we believe that how people treat your plant affects your final product.

Punctuality:

We take our jobs seriously. In an unregulated industry accountability isn’t a requirement. We will show up on time and follow the necessary protocols according to Health Canada and Good Production Practices. We are trained on the legislation and regulations and will help keep your facility compliant!

Supervision:

Every crew has a team lead. This team lead ensures that the job is being done right, and we work together with your Quality Assurance Person (QAP) to meet the needs of your facility to get the best product on the market. 

When Should I Schedule?

Best to book 30 days in advance to ensure the team you need. However, you are welcome to try to book on short notice and if we have a crew available we will happily send them out!

Can I Hire Your Crew If I Have My Own?

Yes, we will work with your in house crew when you need extra hands to get the job done
